INGREDIENTS: 3-4 beef marrow bones Onion Celery Carrots Lots of garlic Fresh parsley from the garden Chives A good splash of apple cider vinegar (helps get the minerals out of the bones)
DIRECTIONS: Add all contents to your crock pot. Fill with water and let sit on low for 2 days 😊
I get about 3-4 mason jars full. I either plan to use it in the next week or two, freeze it or even pressure can it. When I get some spare time I’m going to make a bunch and can it!
